Clover's Pen Style Needle Felting Tool has a total of three barbed needles that catches the wool roving fibers and pushes them into the bottom of the fabric. The wool roving fibers stay permanently without using glue or sewing it. Great for making three dimensional designs from wool. Use for small and delicate felt projects using 1, 2, or 3 needles. 

The tool comes with a clear cover for safety and storage. Needles included are fine for a wide range of fabrics.  Ideal for attaching appliques to knits. Needles are replaceable.
